When you submit the form, your name, email address, selected service and message are recorded. Company name and phone number are stored only if you provide them. A reference number and submission time are added to the enquiry.
How information is used
Information is used to review your enquiry, contact you and clarify the requested service. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
Technical information & storage
Enquiries are stored in the site database. A keyed hash derived from the network address, request counts and timestamps help limit abuse; the IP address itself is not stored in the enquiry database. Initial enquiries are retained for 12 months from the last contact, or from submission if no contact took place. At expiry, records are reviewed for deletion. Contract and accounting records for customer engagements are outside this period and their retention is assessed separately.
Service providers & external links
Cloudflare services support website operation, bot verification and enquiry storage. Email correspondence uses Cloudflare Email Routing and Google Gmail. If you follow the WhatsApp link, that service's privacy terms apply.
Language & appearance preferences
Your language selection is included in the page URL. Your light or dark appearance preference is saved in your browser’s local storage. When you submit an enquiry, the form language is also recorded with it. Clearing browser data removes locally saved preferences.
Requests about your information
You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have provided. Additional information may be requested to verify that the enquiry belongs to you. Requests are assessed in light of applicable requirements and retention obligations.
